The RS 500 grinding machine is used for the complete removal of the teeth on HSS and friction circular saw blades, in case the saws have broken teeth.
The removal operation takes place in a short time, due to the machining with two coupled grinding wheels, the rigidity of the mechanical groups of the machine, and the rigid assembly of the circular saw with flanges.
The coolant system supplies a large quantity of coolant at the machining point, ensuring perfect cooling of the grinding, avoiding overheating of the circular saw blade, and the consequent loss of hardness.
